Logistics Domain Specialist

You've worked a freight desk and you know where quotes get won and lost. Here you'll translate that knowledge into the routing rules, margin logic, and review flows that make the co-pilot trustworthy to other operators.

What you'll do

• Document quoting, routing, and margin logic across sea, road, and air
• Define what a good drafted quote and reply look like, mode by mode
• Review co-pilot output and flag where it drifts from real practice
• Be the bridge between operators and the engineering team
• Help shape onboarding so new desks adopt the product quickly

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in freight forwarding operations, pricing, or sales
• Deep familiarity with FCL/LCL, road, and air quoting
• Ability to write down processes that live in people’s heads
• Comfort working closely with a software team
• Turkish and English fluency
