Forward-Deployed Engineer

You'll be the person who turns a signed customer into a working co-pilot. That means connecting their mailbox over IMAP/SMTP, loading their quoting history and margin rules, and sitting with operators until the drafted quotes are something they trust and send.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new forwarders: inbox connection, data import, margin configuration
  • Tune parsing and pricing to each desk’s lanes and conventions
  • Sit with operators to gather feedback and close the loop with product
  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues across email and carrier connectors
  • Write the runbooks that make onboarding repeatable

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in software / solutions engineering, ideally customer-facing
  • Comfort with email protocols (IMAP/SMTP), APIs, and reading logs
  • Clear written and spoken communication with non-technical users
  • Bonus: logistics, freight, or supply-chain exposure
  • Turkish and English a strong plus
