Customer Success Manager
You'll own the relationship after onboarding: making sure desks keep getting value, surfacing the features they need, and turning happy operators into references. You measure success in quotes sent and deals won, not tickets closed.
What you'll do
- Run regular check-ins and review usage with each account
- Spot accounts at risk and intervene before they churn
- Channel customer feedback into the product roadmap
- Drive adoption of new capabilities across the desk
- Build relationships that turn customers into advocates
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer success or account management, ideally B2B SaaS
- Empathy for operational, non-technical users
- Comfort talking about ROI in concrete terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bonus: logistics or freight background
