Join the team building the core intelligence: extracting structured requests from messy emails, retrieving the right comparable shipments, and drafting quotes and replies that operators actually approve. You care about being correct, not just plausible.

What you'll do

• Improve email parsing across languages, modes, and directions
• Build and evaluate retrieval over historical quoting data
• Design prompts, tools, and guardrails for drafting quotes and replies
• Create evaluation harnesses so quality changes are measurable
• Partner with domain experts to encode real pricing logic

What we're looking for

• 3+ years building production software, some of it with LLMs
• Strong grasp of retrieval, evaluation, and prompt/tool design
• Pragmatism about accuracy, latency, and cost trade-offs
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
• A bias toward measuring what you ship
