Customer Success Manager

You'll own the relationship after onboarding: making sure desks keep getting value, surfacing the features they need, and turning happy operators into references. You measure success in quotes sent and deals won, not tickets closed.

  • Spot accounts at risk and intervene before they churn
  • Channel customer feedback into the product roadmap
  • Drive adoption of new capabilities across the desk
  • Build relationships that turn customers into advocates

Aradıklarımız

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management, ideally B2B SaaS
  • Empathy for operational, non-technical users
  • Comfort talking about ROI in concrete terms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bonus: logistics or freight background
